No ac up stairs was hot

Hi Lori, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- The listing indicates that the house does not have A/C, and we provide cooling fans in the upstairs rooms to help with temperature control. We understand it was a particularly hot week and regret any discomfort this caused
- We were not aware of the TVs in the downstairs bedrooms not working properly. We wish you would have reached out to us during your stay. We would have been more than happy to help with any issues while you were in residence to make your stay most comfortable
- Currently, only three of the five TVs in the house have cable boxes
