Not clear representation based on pictures
2/5 Unit needs a lot of work. Bathroom has old damaged cabinets, kitchen is partially newer but mainly original. Bathroom shower is incredibly tight and has a 2 foot high step in/out with no grab bar. Toilet area is even narrower than the shower. Had continual issues with all my devices staying connected to the WiFi. I finally gave up and used my data plan instead. TV is bolted down to the mantel I'm guessing so it can't fall off, but I wanted to connect my computer to it with a cable and couldn't. The fridge needs to be defrosted and it froze all My food ruining it. There is one remotely comfortable chair and the rest looks like office furniture. If more than 1 person is looking for a place to stay, this isn't it, it's too small especially if you have kids. Owner needs to add some floor lamps for an option of something other than bright LEDs overhead.

5/5 Just a walk away from a convenience store, and minutes from downtown by car. This is a beautiful and clean home in the best location!
