  The basics of the house, the yard and the lake view were lovely.

  The neighborhood and the lake itself were not quite what we expected and found that disappointing.

  This end of lake is extremely shallow and more of a marsh than a lake to frolic in. When you step in you sink at least 6 in into the muck. Kayaking and being ON the water is nice though. And then you can go to deeper areas as well.

  This house is definitely not represtative of the area. There's not a Google street view available. It was more like a nice house at the end of the Street with a surrounding trailer park vibe.

  General house, No batteries or dead batteries in most of the remotes.

  The block knives were unusable that they were so dull and old.

  The grill is a situation. Besides, generally trying to get this thing lit being a process, this thing has never been cleaned. The amount of gunk in there started some small fires. The whole thing needs to be disassembled and cleaned.

  The welcome packet stated the fire extinguisher was under the kitchen sink. It was not.

  The first aid kit was supposed to be in the laundry room. It was not. But the fire extinguisher was. No first aid kit anywhere.

  There's zero lighting for these step steps off the deck and it's really dark back there. This caused an issue a few times and many toes. One time bad enough to have us looking for that first aid kit that wasn't there. Big safety issue we were not happy with.

  -The lake in this area is naturally shallow, but it's still great for kayaking and exploring deeper sections further out.
  -While we can't control the neighborhood aesthetics, the surrounding neighbors are friendly, and we've received positive comments about the area from other guests.
  -We take guest safety seriously. The fire extinguisher and first aid kit may have been moved by a previous guest, but they will be returned to their proper locations immediately.
  -We apologize for the dead batteries in the remotes, and we’ll ensure they are replaced for future guests.
  -The knives will be sharpened or replaced to improve their usability.
  -We’re sorry to hear about the grill, and we’ll have it thoroughly cleaned and inspected to avoid any future issues.
  -There is lighting at the back of the property, but we apologize if it was difficult to locate.
  -We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.

  Great for little kids the water in the middle of the lake in the sand bar! Went boating all days. Loved the hot tub! House was nice. Perfect for what we needed for the family. Grill was easy to use. Fire pit was nice!

• Beautiful well kept rental

  I rented this cute rental for our family that was coming into town for my daughter's quinceanera, they all loved it and the views. We definitely recommend for anyone looking to visit in the Jackson area. Very clean and well kept. Landscaping was beautiful. Thank you for sharing your home rental.
