Great getaway
5/5 Beautiful setting on Long Lake, terrific location close to beautiful beaches and Sleeping Bear, spacious yet cozy house with room to gather as well as spread out. We enjoyed the deck, the hot tub, and the dock.

Beautiful setting, great location
5/5 The cabin strikes a balance between spacious and cozy, with ample space to gather indoors and out as well as plenty of room for privacy. The location is lovely, with beautiful decks and a dock on Long Lake. Beaches at Frankfort and Platte River point are only a few miles away, Sleeping Bear Dunes are close by, and it is less than an hour’s drive to Leland and Traverse City. This was an ideal spot for a multigenerational family group. Amenities include a regularly serviced hot tub, sauna, fire pit, canoe, and peddle boat.

5/5 Enjoyed the beautiful, quiet lake, enjoyed the sauna, nights by the fire pit were amazing. Kitchen was very well stocked. The area has a lot of activities.

Family vacation
5/5 Loved the area, loved the quiet lake. The house was fully stocked and very clean. We loved using the sauna in the evenings, what a special treat. Glen Arbor, Frankfort and the Sand Dunes very close and great day trips.
Nice place, good location.
3/5 Steep driveway which wasn't plowed and some couldn't use it at all the first day. In winter this is a primary issue We hand shoveled it with difficulty for whch we should be compensated, and were therefore able to access it the second and third day.

Owner's response: "Glad you enjoyed the place and agree the location is great. Sorry to hear about your troubles with the driveway. The snowplow service we used was super busy that weekend, and when we heard about your issues we also tried to get another service to help, but they also were busy. Glad that you eventually made it up. We now have plans to have several backups in the future. While the drive is steep, it does allow some amazing views, so hope you come back in the summer."
