Nightmare all around issues
1/5 It started before we arrived, the property manager was not prepared for guest in the house, there were multiple things not finished, multiple lightbulbs burnt out, the hot tub was dirty and had floating unsanitary objects in it.
The house overall was dirty, the bedding wasn’t clean.
The decking around the house was dirty with large amount of leaves built up around doorway openings. There were cigarette butts in flower pots. The downstairs bathroom plumbing didn’t function properly. There was garage trash that was half full when we got there was overflowing and told would be taken out but never was.
The dock was never finished as told was going to be. All the issues we had concerns about, we were told would be taken care of but never were.
The property manager had nothing but excuses for everything and did not take care of any issues as promised.

5/5 Our stay was amazing! Host was so accommodating and even replenished charcoal and wood pellets for the grills! The view of the lake was amazing. Perfect spot for families and friends to gather
