  What an awesome place to stay! The condo was clean and comfortable with tons of space. The location is fantastic and it was surprisingly quiet despite being right downtown. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

  Hi Christine, thanks for taking the time to review your stay. After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:
  The carpet does have some stains from previous guests, but it is cleaned thoroughly by a certified third-party cleaning service after each stay. We understand the importance of a clean environment and have already ordered a new carpet, which will be installed later this season.
  Regarding the shower fixture, there are instructions provided on the tub with a sticker indicating how to use it. Additionally, we are always available via the phone number and email listed in the unit to assist with any concerns during your stay.

  The property is clean and the location is very convenient, but we were a bit concerned about security and safety feature. The building is quite old and both entrance doors look to be easily broeken into. For the two entrances into the unit there are two digital locks at the bottom of the staires from outside, but for the two doors directly into the unit itself on top of the stairs, one cannot be locked at all and the other one can only be locked from inside of the unit. During our stay there were multiple times we heard the door with the inside lock giggled as someone was trying to get in, and it completely frightened my daughter and she refused to stay in the unit by herself and we had trouble sleeping at night worried about someone trying to get inside of the unit. We wish there were locks on both side of the doors into the unit.

• Perfect location downtown

  What an amazing downtown location! The condo had everything we needed as a family of four - the beds were comfortable and the amenities were all provided. We ordered downstairs to Crust 54 two times during our week stay (their gluten free pizza is so good)!The main room of the house was incredibly spacious and we enjoyed watching Thanksgiving football on the big screen tv. We appreciated the ability to walk downstairs right on to 8th street, as well.
