I can't recommend this place enough! It is literally the perfect cabin to have a retreat at. Also, new table and chairs were added to the upstairs balcony. It always brings me such peace and serenity! You'll love the creek, white pines, trails, deer, birds, etc! When I was leaving this time I ran my bird app, Merlin, and I recorded the following birds in a 10 minute period: black capped-chickadee, blue-headed vireo, blue jay, rub-crowned kinglet, red-breasted nuthatch, brown creeper, robin, canada goose, and the yellow throated vireo. What more could you ask for if you love birds?
This is a very nice, cozy little cabin with all the amenities needed for your stay. It has a coffee maker, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, charcoal grill, decent sized patio, shower, fire pit, and even has two large flat-screen tv's. The property is beautiful and quite large with multiple trails throughout to hike and a small creek running through close to the cabin. Plenty of wildlife, woke up each morning of our stay to several deer walking right outside the cabin, and even found an eastern box turtle. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.
Great place for camping I like it
We all enjoyed relaxing stay. Was families second trip
I loved the photos of the cabin, and it was as nice as I'd hoped. But the property itself was so gorgeous! I could hardly believe we could wander all over and have so much privacy! It was truly a great place to stay - I'd book again without hesitation.
