Great location
4/5 The condo is really cute and very nicely decorated. It's just steps away from shops, restaurants and the waterfront. It's not too far from the beach but probably a long walk if carrying beach stuff (umbrellas, chairs, coolers, etc.) The front entryway is quite strange though as it doesn't have a walkway. It only has a few stepping stones in the mulch but you can barely get through it as tree branches hit you in the head and plants are on the left to make sure you don't dare walk in the neighbor's driveway! This would not work well for an elderly person. The chairs in the front of the condo are not inviting to sit in as they are behind a tree in the corner and you really could not see anything! The other concern we had is that it is not a quiet place; doesn't seem to have insulation in the ceiling. We could hear all of the walking in the condo above us, conversations, and people using the bathroom!

Nice location
5/5 The protperty is very nice lots of flower and close to shopping, restaurants, ice-cream, and the musical fountain which is fun to watch and listen to on a summer night!!
The condo was nice and clean, comfortable bed. The condo is very small. The parking could be better, but not bad you just have to walk down the steps and around to a bottom lot. Overall, we enjoy our stay !!
