5/5 My husband and I and two other couples stayed at this home for a weekend of ORV riding The house was very clean, very comfortable and easy to get to located right off the main road leading into town. We ate at two very good local restaurants and drove our ORVs on some really great nearby trails.

The minor flooding at the front door and driveway was a temporary issue following an unusually heavy downpour, about an inch and a half of rain in just 45 minutes. It’s no longer a concern, and similar flooding could happen in most areas during periods of heavy rain. Thanks for choosing to stay with us."

We work hard to keep up the property so people have everything they need and they can just relax.4/5 Very quiet. Inside the house was clean and well-kept. The outside, however, could use some attention. The deck was dirty and in need of TLC; the patio furniture had no cushions. Overall, a good fit for folks who need a place to sleep. Very nice and quiet neighborhood!

Hi Marcia, thank you for your feedback. Upon receiving your concerns, we promptly visited the property to investigate the missing cushions. We found that four of the five chairs still had cushions, and the deck box was fully stocked with additional cushions. We have also power washed the composite deck for the third time this season to maintain its condition. Please note that the property is situated lakeside, surrounded by mature oak trees and natural landscaping—not within a manicured subdivision. As such, guests may encounter lake insects and other natural elements typical of this serene, wooded environment. We appreciate your understanding and hope this provides helpful context for future stays.
