5/5 We actually thought the house was even nicer in person than on the VRBO page! Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, movie theater and Arts Center, but on a quiet street with beautifully restored homes. Back deck was nice on a sunny day.

4/5 Our time in Frankfort was lovely, and the location of this home made exploring the beach and town convenient and safe. The hosts are responsive, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was very easy. We were a little disappointed in the kitchen. The electric stove and oven worked fine, but the only available cookware was warped (which made it difficult to cook foods evenly) and the glassware was incomplete. I'm hoping the hosts update this based on our feedback as this is an easy thing to fix and would make the cooking experience on par with other rentals of this level. We didn't use the grill, but it appears to be a key feature on the back deck, which itself was sublime. The quiet, tree-lined street on which the home is situated is lovely, and the neighbors were friendly. The kids also appreciated the Roku TV which was easy to connect devices to when they weren't playing frisbee in the garden or enjoying this wonderful beach town.

5/5 This was the second time my daughter and I stayed at this perfectly located home. It was comfortable and clean with an inviting front porch that we took advantage of all three days. We walked to the beach, downtown and to the farm market.
