5/5 If staying in the area, it is a perfect, peaceful, stylishly decorated, and well stocked retreat. Everything you need, great water view, and comfortable. After the lake, historic downtown Fenton has real charm and lots of good eating.

Family was there for a funeral in Flint
4/5 We love the home and everyone was comfortable, the internet was horrible. So the main TV didn't work well it kept buffing. The Fireplace would not come on. And outside they need better lighting. It's too dark pulling into the driveway. Overall we would stay here again.

Amazing view, convenient location
5/5 House was really well updated to make the most of a relatively small footprint. Stayed here with two teen boys and we had more than enough room. Beds were really comfortable. Living room was set up great to enjoy the view while drinking some coffee in the mornings. Location was exactly what was needed for a weekend visiting family throughout the Fenton and Linden area with some quick trips to East Lansing and Highland thrown in there. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house preparing food, so can't speak too much to the kitchen other than that the appliances were all new, clean and working great! I did notice there weren't a ton of dishes (I believe 4 place settings) so if you are staying here for a long stay you may need to run the dishwasher often. Would definitely stay here again.
