5/5 The home was just as advertised. We had a few occasions where we needed to contact the property manager and she was very responsive. The grill was immaculate-this has never happened in all the rentals we’ve stayed in while in Elk Rapids. Sunsets out the family room window were beautiful.

4/5 Our stay was wonderful. Anything we needed was fixed in a timely manner. The only thing that could improve would be the mattresses on the twin and bunk beds. Otherwise, we look foward to visiting again next year.
