Great family trip
5/5 We had a GREAT experience at this cottage. Perfect location for a quiet getaway for our family of 5. Black Lake is beautiful. The shallow sandy bottom edges are perfect for kids (and adults) to hang out in. We all enjoyed the property’s blow up paddle board and floating mat, as well as the blow up kayak for cruising around. Our oldest son fished from the kayak morning and night.
Inside, the house was just right for us. Cozy, clean, very welcoming and pretty much exactly as described.
The cottage could use a bit more plates and bowls for the kitchen, but that’s nothing really. Paper plates worked just fine for us. The rest of the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Bathroom was well stocked also.
All in all, a lovely cottage and location.

Lovely place on the lake
4/5 We appreciated this place and its availability and welcoming of pets. Just wanted to say that someone else's dog is going to the bathroom in the yard (which we cleaned up too), there were dirty dishes in the cupboards, and the water reservoir on the coffeemaker was very dirty. We cleaned that out too. So some attention to detail is needed but I would go back!
