Charlevoix Retreat: Fall Trails & Winter Skiing

Reviews

• A wonderful spot just down the road from Charlevoix

We loved our time at this home! It was clean, updated, and had plenty of room in the 4 bed, 2 bath layout. The neighborhood beach made us feel like we were right on the lake and it was just a quick 5-10 min drive to downtown Charlevoix.

The home was as advertised and even felt more spacious in the living room and dining room as compared to the photos.

The host was helpful in communicating details before our check in and check out and we felt like this was the perfect location for a weekend with family.

  Manager's Response:

Thank you for your feedback! We are so glad that you enjoyed your time at our home! Love that you took advantage of the beach and proximity to downtown Charlevoix too! Thanks again for staying with us.

The accommodations were exactly what I needed for my 3-week stay in Charlevoix. The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed to feel at home.

The host was very responsive and quick to answer questions I had. The location was close to both the lake and downtown Charlevoix, making it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home in a great location!

  Manager's Response:

Bari, thanks so much for your kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay at our home and look forward to hosting you again in the future!

The house was great. I did try to text the owners at least 2 times to see if it was assessible for a wheel chair. I didnt get a response. I am in a wheelchair. I brought my ramp from home( thank goodness). It made getting into and out of the house easier. I wasn't able to get into a bedroom though and needed to stay in my chair the entire visit. It was a lovely house for able bodied individuals

  Manager's Response:

From the owner: “I’m glad you enjoyed the home overall. To clarify for future guests, the property is not advertised as wheelchair accessible, and the listing photos reflect that layout. I’m sorry for the difficulties you experienced, but during your stay, I did respond promptly to questions that came through, including helping with the keypad and TV. I always aim to be responsive and transparent, so guests know what to expect before they arrive.”

Wonderful, clean and very comfortable house with lots of amenities, overall it was easy. It was a bit confusing trying to add on an extra day with Evolve, I originally got responses from more then person but then didn’t hear back from one for a couple days, would have preferred more personal contact but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Thank you

Great house and location. Owner was very fast and friendly on replying to questions. No A/C but plenty of fans to move the air and breeze from outside.
