4/5 We expected the house to be cleaner when we arrived. There were some issues with linens. The floors were dirty, and the rugs had not been vacuumed. The patio furniture was very dirty and not in great shape. A couple of the outside chairs were broken.Additionally, the places in need of a deep cleaning inside and out. If the place had been cleaner, I would’ve given it five stars across the board.
