  This beautiful house in Benton Harbor, Michigan is in a terrific location. Right across the street from the 6th tee at the Harbor Shores golf course and a stones throw away from Jean Klock Beach. We rented a couple of bicycles from Scooter Joes in St Joseph and took lovely bike rides every day through the downtown, beaches and golf course. The house itself was very spacious and well appointed. The two bedrooms were extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated as were the bathrooms. We frequently sat out on the porch to watch the golfers and talk with our friendly neighbors.

  I have nothing bad to say about this gem of a place and would highly recommend staying here. I can’t wait to go back!

• Nice place and location

  We loved the location of this townhouse. Easy access to the beach and downtown St. Joe area. The golf course views were beautiful. A lot of walking and biking paths in the area. We loved the front porch (Great for eating in games).

  Checking in and out was easy. I liked the floor plan of the townhouse because our family could spread out when we needed to. It was nice parking in the garage because you could load and unload easily.

  It was equipped with a lot of little details (spices, coffee filters, many pillows and blankets). Both bedrooms have tons of windows and natural light. I wish I would have brought my eye mask to sleep with because otherwise I was up at 6:30 every morning (this may not be an issue for others). The refrigerator had a water filter but ice machine was not working (if you buy a bag of ice and put it in the container it will work, it just doesn't make ice).

  Everything about the stay was really nice and smooth. We especially loved hanging out on the front porch, enjoying the nice weather, and watching people tee off.

• Weekend getaway

  We were looking for a quick weekend getaway with a few friends, and this was perfect! There was more than enough bedding, linens and supplies. The refrigerator was broken, but the owner personally called me prior to our arrival to advise us and work out a plan. It was not a big deal for us at all. We did have 3 cars, so parking was a bit of an issue, but again, not a problem as we figured it out. Robert was very quick to reply to my questions and super friendly. The location was perfect and close to all the things we love in both Benton Harbor and St. Joe's. I would highly recommend this property, and would definitely book again. All five of the adults that stayed were pleased. Thanks for a great place to stay!!
