3/5 No check in or check out instructions, broken window, dirty grill, lights that flicker, not enough towels for the 6 people the house “sleeps” (one has to be on a couch to get to 6). Not enough blankets or pillows, no shampoo, no hair dryer…..The house is okay… poorly maintained and missing simple amenities.

Had potential, but upkeep wasn't good
3/5 This could have been a nice stay. There were some nice upgrades to the kitchen and baths, but the cleaning and maintenance of the property wasn't good. The exterior was the same with weeds and vines taking away from the outdoor spaces. The boat dock and stairway was not well kept and was potentially unsafe due to deterioration of the stairs.

Nice but needs a little TLC
4/5 Stay was great. Property needs a little TLC. There was no spare Blankets or enough forks or spoons. The boat dock needs to be cleaned and some boards need to be replaced. Very quiet neborhood and the people were nice. The home owner reached out a couple of times to check on us. I would stay here again.
