  The house is very nice in a lovely location on the grounds of Shanty Creek, and it was the right size for our family group. The kitchen was well-appointed and well laid out, which was great, since we cooked all of our meals. We needed a snow shovel, though, and there wasn't one there, nor was there any salt or sand to put on the walkway or steps leading into the house. We'd definitely consider renting this home again.

  The house was beautiful, and when we first arrived the house was left unlocked thank goodness because the keys were missing. Had to call and find the spare. the house wasn’t the cleanest. There was food left on dishes, grease on the stove, fridge was dirty, finger prints on cabinets, dust on curtains, trash in the yard from prior people. Bathroom lights in the master above the tub and shower did not work, outlets to the sink had no power. Also when we tried to clean the house before we left we had an out dated sweeper that blew a fuse, called the owners tried to figure out what I could do because some of the guest that were staying with us had no power she said she would get back with me and never did, so some of us had no power to our rooms, didn’t call me till after I left about 12 hours later to talk about it after I got ahold of evolve. Then acted like she never talked to me the night before. But my visit was great other than that but I don’t think I will ever recommend this house to anyone.

  - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience so we are disappointed to hear your feedback.
  - When you made us aware that you were unable to locate the keys for the property, we promptly responded to assist you. Through constant communication we were able to quickly assist and help you locate the key.
  - We were unaware of any cleanliness concerns during your stay and wish you had communicated this with us. We wish you had reached out. We would have been more than happy to help and send the cleaning team back to the home. In addition, the day of your check-in we had a guest check-out the same day, garbage was taken to the curb side, but the city hadn't picked it up at the time of your check-in. We're sorry this had a negative impact on your stay.
  - At midnight the evening before your scheduled check-out you made us aware that there was a power outage at the property, unfortunately, due to the time of the evening we were unable to get someone out to address the issue. We can confirm the following morning the issue was addressed and remedied.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
