4/5 Lovely place. Would recommend. The amenities are good. Hot tub, game room, and a Solo Stove fire pit. They even had extra towels for use in the hot tub - a nice touch. Maybe a half mile walk to the beach and downtown where you can find entertainment, restaurants, and a small wine and spirits shop. Groceries, though, you will need to drive to, but only about 5 minutes. As another review noted, though, the kitchen equipment is a bit lacking. There were only 4 in our group so plenty of serveware for us, but the cookware was quite tired out and a bit limited. It was workable, but we did have to buy some food prep basics such as oil and salt/pepper. As the listing notes, all bedrooms are on an upper floor, so be aware of that if folks in your group have difficulty with stairs. Also, the master bedroom's bed is very close to the floor. Think like an Asian-inspired style instead of a traditional bed where the top level of the mattress is at about mid-upper leg. The bed was comfortable, but, again, something to note if you have mobility issues. The pictures in the listing do accurately show the bed.

5/5 The property was as advertised. The mattresses were very comfortable. The inside stairs were steep and numerous with a supportive railing, There was a sidewalk for the 1/2 mile walk to the shopping area and Short sand Beach.We did not take advantage of the amenities of the hot tub nor fire pit but appreciated the abundance of sand chairs we could use. The weather was beautiful for our reunion stay!. The kitchen could use 1/2 dozen more coffee cups, more silverware and perhaps a small folding stool for those of us in short stature to reach the upper shelving glassware.
