4/5 It was a beautiful location and cottage ...however, the pictures were misleading. All of us were over 70 years old and we thought all the bedrooms were on one floor. The advertisement said steep steps to get into the house. Nothing about steep steps inside the house. Also thought the peir was right off the yard...not down a long stone hill path so half of the family could not enjoy the waterfront. Everything else was beautiful. We made the best of it and had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Great location and a very cozy house
5/5 Went up with some buddies to see the annual pumpkin fest in Damariscotta. House was close to everything we could’ve wanted while still feeling secluded and private. Beautiful fall foliage with great views simply looking out the window of the house. Overall, very happy. All the amenities were there, the kitchen was especially nice.

Amazing Property!
5/5 Cozy Maine cottage with lots of space and amazing views! We had an incredible time swimming, kayaking and exploring the island and experiencing all of the amazing nature the property has to offer. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the deck was so beautiful at sunset with a glass of wine. We will definitely be back every summer!
Beautiful
5/5 I have been to this property a few times now and every time I swear it gets more beautiful. I love swimming and kayaking off of the dock, and watching the sunset with my friends. It's always such a great experience for us to bond together. I suffer from some intense allergies, but I never experience that here even though I'm in the middle of the woods. I always feel better and healed. I look forward to my Maine vacation every summer, and I'm so grateful for all the wonderful memories we make here.
