4/5 Nice house in quiet area. We stayed 3 nights during the Lobstah festival in late July so the house was a little warm with no AC but ceiling fans in every room made it manageable. Kitchen is well stocked and we made breakfast every morning. BBQ outside could use an update there was no cover so it's weathered some what.
