Beautiful Views, close to everything
5/5 Loved the house, location was beautiful. As a local i met on the beach said "you couldn't have picked a more perfect spot." Centrally located to both ends of Acadia. You could head to the more crowded Bar Harbor/Mt Desert area or the lesser traveled Schoodic Peninsula. The BBQ place was delicious, and Traceys Seafood is the best deal on lobster around. Make sure to check out the Tidal falls at low tide and Momo's Cheesecake is to die for. If you're there in summer make sure to watch for fireflies. They put on a great show!

Family get away
5/5 Our family of 8 stayed for 3 nights. The location all though hard to find had perfect views! Beds werea little uncomfortable, but we had everything we needed. We had fires every night outside, they even had s'mores forks! Definitely would recommend & stay again.

Perfect for Families
5/5 Our checkin/checkout process was a breeze. Communication with the property manager was easy and she replied back quickly.
We were a family of 5 with 2 teens and 1 preteen. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun! Plenty of towels and extra blankets, heater worked great. Essentials for cooking, washing dishes, and laundry were provided.
Our youngest especially loved going down to the beach to hunt for treasures every morning. The wifi worked great for the teens ;)
The stairs are narrow as others mentioned (like your whole foot won’t fit), but we took them sideways and had no issues. Only 1 person could shower at a time for hot water, but that wasn’t an issue for us.
Location was great for us. We enjoyed the almost private location but it is a bit of a drive to get anywhere- 1 hour to Bar Harbor/Acadia, 30 minutes to a bigger grocery store.
Definitely eat at Tracey’s while there! We got take out and enjoyed it at the house. Was probably our favorite meal of the whole trip!!
