Perfect location
5/5 No need to communicate with property manager as everything was in good condition and self explanatory.
Large group arrived at second property which did impact us a bit but we were leaving the next day so not an issue.

Great place to stay!
5/5 My husband and I stayed at the cabin in Sullivan for three nights and could not have asked for more. The proximity to Bar Harbor and Acadia NP. We took the kayaks out and enjoyed our books by the fire. The cabin is well stocked and we would stay here again.

Fantastic
5/5 We were so happy with this rental! So beautiful, beds were comfortable, nicely decorated. Fans and breeze from the ocean keeps it cool, was a little concerned because no A/c. They have an additional fan also. We had fires 2 nights right on the ocean, stars were amazing. We kayaked on the ocean, no seals but it was fun. As it states there is a larger house closer to the water and a little in front of your view but it didn’t bother us at all. We still had a great view!The property was within a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes to all points of interest. Bar Harbor( whale watching), Schoodic Point(walk on huge rocks to the ocean so fun), Tidal Falls Perserve(colorful starfish at low tide! maybe 5-10 minutes away). We did have one problem with the water. Our first morning woke up to no water. Called owner and problem was fixed in about an hour. Some left a hose running and depleted well. Recovery was fine in 2 hours which we used to kayak. All was fine after the prompt attention of the owner and his handyman. Joe and Krystal were awesome to rent from! Bridget

4/5 The home overall is nice, with decent access to Acadia. To be clear -- there is another, larger home that significantly figures in the property's view of the water and scenery. That isn't reflected in the listing, so for future renters I'd like to reflect that here.
