Grandparents meets great granddaughter
4/5 Nice house, nice neighborhood. My only complaint is that it advertised - “ this property features step-free entry”. Both entries had stairs and the back entry did not have a railing. On the main floor the kitchen is step down and the main entry is through the kitchen. It was a little disappointing, since we base our decision on “step-free entry”. Otherwise it met our needs.
I would recommend it, but not with someone with mobility issues.

What is that smell?!
1/5 Place was cute, and well taken care of. Except for one major issue. Smelled like something died in the basement. Made the basement TV room completely unusable. And the smell traveled up the stairs and into the living room and dining area as well. Owners clearly knew of the issue based on the number of air fresheners in the basement. We were only there a couple of days. Any more and we would have probably left.

- We wish you had reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning crew to resolve your concerns and make your stay more comfortable.
- We do have air fresheners at our home to keep the air fresh for our guests. We have never experienced problems with bad odors in our home and our cleaning crew did not report anything unusual before, or immediately after, your stay. That being said, we apologize for your experience and will look into what may have caused the odor.
- While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that no issues were reported by our most recent guests. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!Perfect for our Needs
5/5 My husband, married kids, and their spouses traveled to Saco to attend a family wedding and we rented this home. The location was perfect and we enjoyed our time together there. We all slept well, the bathroom arrangement was great, and everything met our needs. The home was cleaned and there was nothing amiss so no need to contact the owners but they reached out in advance and were very helpful.
