From the owner: "I’m sorry to hear parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations. The home was inspected immediately after your visit, and no signs of mold or odor were found in the bathroom. The downstairs screen is a monitor for guest use, not a TV, which is why there’s no remote. I always want guests to have a comfortable experience and wish I’d had the opportunity to address your concerns during your stay, as your message came after checkout."
