Centralized location, Nice place!
5/5 Clean, spacious, and nice without being 'too nice' to enjoy with a large group. Mike was very helpful and easy to deal with. Great proximity to trolley, restaurants, and shops. Beach can be walked, but probably more of a drive and drop off.
Would certainly stay again in future.

Egg-cellent stay!
5/5 We very much enjoyed our time at this home. We were a party of eight, including four kids ranging from 5 to 13 yo, parents and a grandma. The house is incredibly convenient to both downtown Ogunquit and the beach and we often walked to grab a morning coffee or fresh croissant, to do some souvenir shopping, and to dine in one of the delicious Ogunquit restaurants. It was even close enough to walk to the beach, carrying all the buckets, towels and sand toys we could carry. The house is very nicely appointed; it had classy beach house decor, comfortable beds and it was very sound proof. At the time of booking we were a little nervous we would hear the patrons of the attached Omelette Factory or the cars on Main Street, but upon arrival we realized we heard almost nothing. It was very peaceful inside the house and so convenient to be living steps away from super yummy blueberry muffins and delicious egg dishes!Mike was a fantastic owner; very personabale and super easy to deal with, quickly responding to any questions we had leading up to the stay. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Ogunquit.
