  The place was smaller than we expected both units had many issues. This caused the stay to be less then desirable. The owner did communicate well. We did move to another unit but this was again less then desirable.

Cleanliness is very important to us, and we take great pride in keeping the property well-maintained for every guest. When you mentioned a concern with the toilet in Unit A, we immediately offered the use of the bathroom in Unit B to make sure you were comfortable. Our intention was only to be helpful and accommodating. We also strive to keep our listing accurate with details on the square footage and layout, so guests can make informed choices that best fit their needs.

  Very clean and comfortable. Lakefront difficult yo get to as steeper than I thought it would be. Also, could use another light in living room so can read. Other than that, everything great.

  The rental unit was clean and appropriately furnished, with just the right amount of Maine-style quirkiness regarding layout. It was a convenient location for exploring the nearby surrounding area.

• Things that should be done

  Bed should be raised off floor. Dangerous to have throw rug in bedroom. Need More dish towels. More outside lights. Very dark at night.

  -The bed height has worked well for many guests, but we understand everyone has different preferences.
  -There are motion-sensor lights outside, and more will be added to improve visibility at night.
  -The unit is stocked with three rolls of paper towels, but we’re happy to provide additional dish towels if guests request them during their stay.
