- If you initially enter the property address into GPS, you will be routed around the lake. Please put the restaurant Misty Meadows Organic Farm, Grand Isle, Maine, into your GPS or maps
- When you arrive at the restaurant near Grand Isle, adjust your destination to the home: 670 Chasse Ln
- Please feel free to call Travis is you have any trouble reaching the property

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The code is 0000
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

- All fires must be attended to by adults until the fire is completely extinguished
- Please respect our neighbors to the sides of the property. Please use the beach area that is clearly defined in the front of our property. If fishing, please do not set up in front of neighbors
