Had a very nice, relaxing time. Cabin was clean and organized. The road getting to the cabin was off roading so AWD/4WD SUV/Truck is required. The lake was relaxing, the fire pit was great. The dog loved it. Jerry’s is the grocery store in town and was fantastic. Highly recommend.

This is exactly what we wanted, peaceful and remote. Great views and amazing property! The owner was so helpful from getting us there to making sure everything was set up. We would go back without hesitation!

This is a great getaway for people looking to try that rustic living . The solar is not the most reliable but the generator back up makes it easy to charge the batteries.

Nice cabin, comfortable and a beautiful setting. The lake is very nice with little activity, totally quiet, not another cabin within sight. This was our first experience at off-grid and that presented some challenges. The road from town to the cabin is not suitable for a low slung car, 4 or AWD would be best.

If you want piece and quiet this is the place for you. The lake is fairly large with hardly any boaters. The week we were there, we heard a human voice only once for a few minutes and the rest of the time there was complete silence. The fishing was good and very convenient. Joe, the owner, was very responsive when needed. The Solar system and generator was new to us and took a little bit to understand and get used to. It is off-grid but there is WiFi and a TV. You do need a 4-wheeler or all-wheel drive to get to the camp.
We wanted seclusion and piece and there was plenty of that with staying here. We would definitely go back for another stay.
