PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 845 Green Lake Rd, Dedham, ME 04429
- If driving from Bangor, pass  through Lucerne-in-Maine
- After 2 more hills at a sign for Green Lake and Jenkins Beach, turn left onto Green Lake Rd
- Drive 2 miles, then stay right at the fork and continue for 2 more miles
- A wooden sign and a blue metal sign indicating the house number, 845, will be on your right. Turn right onto the gravel driveway

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- 2 keys to the home are located in a lockbox, which is on the pillar where the back porches meet. As soon as possible before your scheduled arrival date, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the lockbox
- Both keys open the front door and the half bathroom door
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items, excluding condiments
- Take out the trash and set the bins at the road
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close all windows and lock all doors
- Leave kayak and canoe inverted on the beach
- Stow life vests on the front porch
- Put ashes from the fireplace in the steel can on the back porch
- Please leave 1 set of keys in the lockbox at all times
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking indoors
- Pet friendly (dogs only, 2 max)
- No outdoor fires or fireworks
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum at night
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- The property's water supply comes from the lake. A water cooler is provided
- The property is not equipped with central air conditioning

- The upstairs bedrooms are separated by an 8' wall that does not reach fully to the ceiling and curtains in place of doors
