CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The door will be unlocked and the key is on the kitchen counter
- There is a key on the kitchen counter for your use. Please keep the door locked during your stay. Please return this key at the end of your stay
- There is a secondary key inside the cottage in the basket to the right of the door
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please lock the door and leave the key on the kitchen counter
- Return secondary key to key basket
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cottage by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Place trash in large black trash bags and put in detached 1/2 bath/utility room
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all linens and towels in a pile on the bedroom floor
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cottage is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- There is extra toilet paper in the cabinet inside the master bathroom. Extra paper towels are in the detached 1/2 bath. The heater in the living room can be turned on if needed. Please turn off when not needed
- There is wood and kindling (swamp wood) for fireplace. Only 3-4 pieces of swamp wood are needed to start a fire. The flu is permanently open so no need to adjust
- Lobster pot is in the detached 1/2 bath/utility room. Lobster utensils are in the kitchen cabinet. Please toss all lobster and clam shells (without any trash or rubber bands) into the harbor off from our pier
- The clothesline can be used for drying clothes and clothespins are in the detached 1/2 bath
- Seat cushions for Adirondack chairs are in the detached 1/2 bath
- Please wipe down picnic table on deck after use
- Extra deck or chairs for the pier are in detached 1/2 bath/utility room
- Grounds are maintained weekly and mowing may occur while you are there
- The property does not have air conditioning
