4/5 There were 10 of us at the house with comfortable accommodations. Plenty of room for all of us. The house was very clean and the host was very responsive.
Read before booking - Misleading and Inaccurate listing
1/5 We stayed at this property in July as a group of 10. Excited for the views and what appeared to be a quaint property was the exact opposite of what we got upon arrival. The pictures on the listing are the work of a photographic expert. While the roomsAre what they are, what you cannot see in the pictures is hair in the drains, dirty floors and baseboards and food left on the dishes. The house was so hot with no adequate fans in the rooms. We had to buy our own. The house had so much moisture our clothes felt wet and smelled horrible. The basement floor was wet. The fan in the hall bathroom sounded like a jet engine, waking up the entire house. The stone on the patio is cracked and broken and my child fell on it. Please note, there is ZERO access to the bay. Weeds and brush are so overgrown there is no path. For what you pay for this house, the amenities should be amazing. The house is located RIGHT next door to a mcdonalds and on a very busy, loud road. This house is everything but cozy and not “charming” as I was told. We were definitely misled and felt as though it was a bait and switch approach. Please consider this review before booking. You are better off sleeping in your car. I took many pictures and videos to prove all of this and hope the owner will update the listing so others dont fall for this. Buyer beware!!!!!

-We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised.
-We wish you would have reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning team to address your concerns to make your stay most comfortable.
-We do have forced heating and air conditioning that keeps the house very cool and have also added window a/c units to each bedroom. We will look into the basement and bathroom fan concerns and landscaping. We have resealed the patio slates to avoid any issues for future guests. Our home does feature bay access.
-We do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home before booking, but we apologize that this caught you off guard. Additionally, due to the summer season, the area has higher traffic in visitors and residents.
We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback!5/5 We had a good stay. Would use the house again
