5/5 We had a fine time… my son and his new wife were married at the Bryant pond 4h camp. The location was perfect. The negatives include 1. The sheets are horrible… everything slips to the floor. 2. We were in a very cold house for the first two days and tried to communicate this problem and was remedied soon after the phone call… 42 degrees inside just isn’t okay. 3. The generator automatically turned on on Monday morning… quite loud and ran non stop until early the next day.. we checked the utility company had zero knowledge of any power outages in the area.

4/5 Nice, clean, and cozy place for a couples weekend getaway! Missing some essentials in the kitchen, and very few towels provided considering that there is a hot tub, but we made do! Really enjoyed the property and would stay again!

3/5 We did not have nearly enough towels, or dish towels. Only 1 dishwasher pod. 1 kitchen chair was broken when we arrived. No broom, salt or pepper. No trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper. Part of the coffee maker was missing. The corn hole game was falling apart. The sheets were satin, not cotton. The hot tub is hard to get into if you are an olderPerson, the set up is not the best, also they could use more lighting in the walk way near the hot tub and sauna.PROSSauna was amazing and the hot tub was wonderful. The house is beautiful, and love that it had 3 full bathrooms. If they would just fix a few things this could be an amazing rental. Oh and the view amazing.
