Location, location, location!
5/5 I just can't say enough about the location. To be able to walk around the corner and spend the day on a gorgeous beach was priceless. The owner had chairs, umbrella, floaties and a cart to use to make it easy. The house has a great cottage feel and the house was stocked very well. If your going on vacation to be active with day trips and the beach, it's the perfect house. The house is a bit of a throwback and nothing high tech, it's just a great simple cottage. There are a ton of day trips all within 30 minutes. The community the house resides in is so cool. It's a bit confusing when someone refers to "the pool" and figuring out how to get on the other side of the water but when we did there's a really cute area to check out. I would definitely return!!!
Hills Beach 9 Sky Harbour Drive
5/5 Lovely split-level house in great location, very large rooms and well-equipped kitchen. Very clean, with wonderful wraparound balcony. A cable problem with new Roku TV was swiftly resolved. Owners are following our suggestion for improving handrail of inside stairs for increased safety. Overall, completely delightful stay !

Summer Vacation August 2022
5/5 Great beach house! Had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Very clean and well equipped. I didn’t mind bringing my own linens because I always bring my own anyway. Short walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets and walks to the islands.The hosts were great to work with and very helpful with questions I had before the trip.Definitely will rent here again!
