Just perfect!!
5/5 This was the perfect property for our family getaway-7 adults, a baby plus family dogs (loved that fenced in yard!!). The house was spacious with a dining room that easily sat all of us, extremely comfortable bedrooms and several sitting areas allowing us to both be together and spread out as desired. The host was readily available to answer any questions, and most important, the house was immaculate. Great location within walking distance of downtown historic Bath. Perfect location!

Lovely, organized, cozy vacation rental
5/5 We brought a group of 7 to the property and it was beautiful, organized and in a central location. There were binders to guide us on where to find things, extra toiletries of all kinds, and even loads of coffee and candy as a bonus! The home was spacious with several areas for groups to gather. We had a great time!

The Perfect Maine Getaway!
5/5 We had a group of 7 stay in the house in June 2024 - 6 adults and 1 child. The house itself is beautiful. We loved reading about the history in the very organized binders provided. We were able to spread out but also had several areas we could gather. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and welcoming. The location is walking distance from several restaurants, a grocery store, a view of the water, and many cute shops.
Aside from that, this house is an organizer's DREAM. Are you missing a flosser? There's a jar of them in the bathroom. Unsure of how to work the shower? There's a label for that right across the towel rack. Did you forget beach towels? Don't worry, there's a neatly folded pile in the laundry room. The strategically placed labels stickered around the house were PERFECT and allowed us to have an extremely smooth visit after long days of travel. There is even a chart by the front door that tells you where you can find any items you may have forgotten (from beach chairs to laundry detergent to extra coffee filters). I aspire to be as organized as these owners. HUGE props to them for creating an absolutely perfect vacation home for a group!
Comfortable and convenient
5/5 The rooms as set up with a variety of sitting areas which suited our party of 8 adults aged 65 to 84 very well. The house is stocked with any basics you might need, with cupboards labeled and inventory provided - the organisation is amazing. The heating system provided an even temperature throughout the house, which was very comfortable during a damp, cool early May. An attractive and comfortable home in the midst of historical Bath. Perfect.
