5/5 The owner/manager was very responsive and worked to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The living areas are roomy and the views of the water are spectacular. Very peaceful and calming atmosphere and close to Acadia National Park for hiking, biking, and exploring. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

5/5 Gorgeous location on the bay. Could have just stayed on the property exclusively if not for so many other gorgeous things to see within 20/30 minutes or less drive. Pet friendly for sure.

5/5 The house was very comfortable and the views were spectacular! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more. The bed was so comfortable. It was the perfect retreat from the crowds in Acadia and Bar Harbor. Wonderful lobsters at Thurstons nearby. We highly recommend this cozy retreat.

5/5 This is our 2nd stay at the Gray Barn. Love the quiet location. Love watching the tides in the harbor change. The house is well stocked and comfortable. It’s quite nice having plenty of room to spread out. When we return, we will definitely stay here again.
