Great place with very affordable rates. Extremly private with no neighbors. Nice fire pit in the back that we spent most our time. House was warm with no a/c. Definitely a strange smell in the living room. Overall great stay for the price.

Five adult male golfers stayed here for two nights The location was good and the residence had everything our group needed for an enjoyable stay. The master bedroom is large with a master bathroom that has a soaking tub and walk in shower. The other bedrooms were large and well appointed. The living room is very large and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen.

We traveled to Maine for a senior trip for my daughter and her cousin. The house was just like in the pictures. They did ask for suggestions and so we let them know they should stock up on the basics plus a pizza pan as there was no way to cook our pizzas. Overall great communication as we got in late and we had asked them to turn on the lights. House was lit when we got there. It is a work in progress but it helped us have a wonderful time for our first visit to Maine.
