5/5 5/5 My family and I (4 adults, 1 child, 1 small pup) had a wonderful time in South Addison. This home is beautiful and wonderful for enjoying some peace and quiet - especially as a family.We've spent many summers in Maine, but never quite this far up the coast. We enjoyed the serenity of the house - great views, lots of wildlife (eagles and harbor seals), and a perfect sandy beach just down the road that was great for sandcastles and beach combing. We also brought a SUP that was launched both at the house (bring water shoes) and the sandy beach. Throughout our week we journeyed north to Quoddy Head, explored many coastal towns, and then south to Bar Harbor and Winter Harbor. Check out Chipman's Wharf (Milbridge) for great local seafood - we ate there and brought some back to the house to cook. It's a gem!

Breath of Fresh Air - Remote!
5/5 The property was lovely, and the view was phenomenal. We really enjoyed the scenery. The tides in Maine are so drastic by the hour, and a cute little tide clock in the house helps you keep track. It still got cold enough in the mornings to use the heated floors, so it was nice to have them. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would come back again.

5/5 We had five family members staying in this house and it met our needs perfectly. The home and yard are beautiful and it has everything you need. The location has a lovely view of the water and is quiet and private.
