  Neve stayed when I arrived there was no parking for me and my boat. I was fishing a tournament. Spoke to the owner. She advised me to cancel through vrbo. I did and they got paid and I didn’t step a foot in the door. Addresses need to be provide so we as consumers can verify that it will fully accommodate us on our vacation. No refund no apologies nothing just take the money and provide no means for the consumer to be the most important all about the vrbo and thier users

When we spoke with you on the phone and learned about the situation with your 22ft boat attached to your pickup truck, we genuinely wanted to find a suitable solution for you. We suggested that you park in the driveway, but we understand that the space might not have been sufficient for your needs.
  -We completely understand the importance of finding accommodations that can cater to your specific needs. However, we do advise guests to check in advance, as some places, including hotel parking lots, may have restrictions on parking oversized vehicles.
  -We did agree to offer a partial refund to assist with the situation, and we apologize if there was any misunderstanding about the process for canceling or refunding through the app. Our goal was to be as helpful as possible, and we deeply regret any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
  -Evolve is a management company, and our teams are always happy to answer any questions or concerns. However, we encourage guests to reach out to their local guest contact with any on-the-ground questions since they know the property and they're able to resolve any issues with the property quickly. We collaborate with Vrbo and follow their guidelines and communication procedures.

• Very clean, location perfect for what we were doing, quiet immenities were very nice
