Good location, clean and cute house.
5/5 The house was very clean and had all the amenities a family of 5 required. It has a nice layout and is located within walking distance of a nice private beach. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay again and would certainly recommend it.

Small comfortable home with lots of potential
3/5 The small house was clean and comfortable. Proximity to the beach -great.The host was responsive and, although the AC was locked at 72-75, when we expressed to the host, that we need 70 to be comfortable, the temp was adjusted right away. However, not sure if there is any issue with AC, as at night it would go up to 74 and I would have to get up several times a night to adjust it. The kitchen could’ve used a toaster, wine/bottle opener, wine glasses and more dishes, there were no small plates (for example, for a piece of toast). There was a set of dishes for 4 (and we were a party of 4), so essentially there are no clean dishes after one meal. I have two small kids and it’s important to have a well equipped kitchen (that’s why I don’t stay at hotels, which would be more economical without “host” and cleaning fees). Further, a French press (cheap investment, but many people like it) would’ve been a nice touch, not everyone likes keurig.There was no laundry detergent and that would’ve been good to have. The “complimentary toiletries” needs to be clarified, the host explained that it was shower gel, toothpaste, and soap. Shampoo and conditioner were not included. That needs to be explained in the property description. The patio didn’t have a grill. The house is called a beach house, but there was no outdoor shower, or at least a place to wash off sandy feet so not to track sand in the house. Also, no place to hang wet bathing suits. Bathrooms had no hooks for towels.
