3/5 The house itself was clean and nice. Unfortunately, the screened in porch had big holes in the screens; the fire pit was piled with tree branches and sticks; pieces of boards were either missing or warped an accident waiting to happen on the deck. For a weeks stay we were left 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, no dish soap. The pictures they posted showed a fenced yard. I called the management company and specifically asked if the property was completely fenced in and was told it was. It isn’t. Neither of the fish cleaning stations pictured are working and usable. We were told upon check in that we needed to take our trash to the dump and get rid of it! I have never heard of such a thing! The owners need to update the photos they are advertising with and be a little more accommodating with some of the cleaning products. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

From the Owner: "We are sorry the property did not meet your expectations. I would like to assure you that the safety of our guests is our highest priority. We scheduled repairs immediately upon learning of the two deteriorated boards in the deck. These boards have since been replaced completely. It appears that a visiting pet may have caused damage to one of the screen sections. We have created plans for screen replacement and an upgrade to install barrier panels to prevent this damage in the future.
Thank you for your honest feedback."4/5 We enjoyed the quiet but friendly neighborhood. The pier is fantastic with beautiful scenery, plenty of room for our whole family, and several species of fish caught! We appreciated being able to communicate quickly with someone regarding a few home issues.
