  The house was as shown in pics, city streets are a little crowded but this house has 2 driveways with parking for 4 vehicles. Neighbors seem friendly saying hello as many people walk by. 2 master bedrooms with attached bathrooms 2 smaller bed rooms that share a bath. Minimal dishes were available. Out door, fenced in patio area was a great place to unwind after a busy day in DC. Large TVs in each room. Close enough to DC for daily visots but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle.

  Couple very insignificant negatives. As a fat guy I would have loved a recliner in the living room but the furniture was not uncomfortable. And my grandfather (he's old and the only one who saw it)said he saw a mouse 🐁 running around a couple times. There was a mouse trap. (It did not bother anything we had there if there was one) Overall this was a great stay. The kitchen and fridge made it much more comfortable and convenient than a hotel and was about half the price of the hotels we looked at. If we visit DC in the future (which is likely because our trip just so happened to be during the government shut down.... missed some stuff we wanted to see.) We will definitely stay at this home again if it is available.

  This vacation rental is spacious, well-kept, and looks just as the photos advertise.

  There are more than sufficient additional clean washcloths, towels, as well as bedding available/provided.

  The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are well laid out and not cramped in the least.

  The house truly is a very comfortable space, nicely-appointed, in great condition.

  The only real issue my party had was that the lock is a bit temperamental and wouldn't lock during our exit to dinner the first evening. (Also, oddly, the front door was not locked when my party initially arrived. The front door was closed but not locked.)

  Thankfully, the guest contact was responsive and we were able to get the lock situation sorted quickly.

  Aside from that, minimal negatives I noticed during our stay are: 1. There were no toilet tissue holders/dispensers in 2 of the 3 bathrooms; so the toilet tissue rolls in those 2 bathrooms were simply perched atop the toilet tank. Not a huge deal for most people; but, as a female with sensitivities, a bit off-putting & concerning for me. Especially given the state that 1 roll of tissue looked upon our arrival. And, 2. though everything seemed to be cleaned, the space itself reeked of seafood, as if the renters before us had a crabfeast.

  It was apparent the space had not been aired out at all. Which was compounded by the diffusers in every room. And, because I have a sensitive nose with allergies that are easily triggered, not to mention 1 person in my party also has a severe seafood allergy, the odor bordered on intolerable, and I did not want it getting into my belongings, clothing, etc. So, we had to air the space out immediately.

  Overall though, there were no major issues, and our stay was pleasant & quiet.

  The neighborhood is nice. The house is easy to find. Parking is NOT an issue.

  Very highly recommend, and my party agreed that we would stay at this rental location again!

  Overall experience was okay! The neighborhood is very safe and reliable. Only issue we had was the door lock, but they did a good job helping us out and responding to our needs ASAP!

  Every thing was great except for the beds the mattress and the pillows were extremely hard ,we really couldn't sleep in them too long, other than that great.

• Good base of operations

  My group overall enjoyed our stay there. We had a couple of hickups during our stay but the property owners were very quick to respond and fixed them in a reasonable timeframe with severity taken into account. I think they care about giving guests a good expereince and the problems we experienced are largely dealt with now and I think they will continue to improve base don feedback.
