  The initial view of the home started the scare. The driveway, front yard, and back yard looked like they have not been tended to in at least a month. Entry into the house was greeted with a strong dog smell. The master shower had mold on the floor, the front storm door had missing springs, the bedding and towels smelled of mildew like they sat wet too long (we had to wash them again), the back deck was covered in green and black mold, the area near the fire pit was overgrown with grass and weeds making it unusable. If Evolve was able to find an available home we would have not stayed at this location.

  The local representative did offer to come make it right, however, I paid for a clean home and not to have my time at the home interrupted by someone in the house cleaning. These things should have been handled prior to my arrival. I was able to finally get the owner to contact me and refund the cleaning fee. That was just a small portion of the cost. I was even told by the owner that I was lucky to find a place in this area for such a low price.

  -The homeowner works closely with the property manager, who takes pride in maintaining the home to high standards. The home was cleaned thoroughly the day before your arrival, but we’re sorry if these efforts didn’t align with your expectations.
  -Outdoor conditions, including the yard and deck, can be impacted by weather and seasonal growth, especially in rural settings. We’ll be looking into how we can better manage these areas in between guest stays.
  -We understand your frustration with the condition of the bedding and towels. We’ve taken your comments seriously and will address this with our future cleaning team to ensure linens are fresh and odor-free.
  -The local representative offered immediate assistance to resolve your concerns, but we understand that you preferred not to be interrupted during your stay. We’ll continue working to make sure all issues are fully addressed before guests check in.
  We appreciate your feedback as we make improvements and are confident that future guests will have a more positive experience. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

  Stayed here for two weeks while on a local job. Found the house very clean and owners very accommodating. Good people. Thx for making us feel at home!
