  Excellent house in a quiet neighborhood. We slept nine comfortably. Easy walk to the beach, and close to shops and restaurants (although the spacious kitchen let us cook and eat family style)

  Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with attached bathrooms. Large bedroom with multiple beds was perfect for teenage grandchildren- large TV for gaming.

• Ocean City Beach house

  We traveled to Ocean City to run the OC marathon. There were 9 adults in our group. We found the home spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was great. We cooked a few meals there. I would definitely recommend it. If I were to do the race again, I would stay there.

  The place is located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood but still within easy walking distance of the beach and local grocery store. The house was very clean upon arrival and it lived up to our expectations from the description, pictures, and amenities listed. Plenty of large beach towels were provided along with chairs, umbrella and other beach accessories. The kitchen was well-equipped and the rooms are large with comfy beds and plenty of closet space. The big dining room table made a great space to gather for our meals at home and some game playing. The property is well-maintained with beautiful landscaping, flowers, and patio area. We would happily stay there again.

• Horrible experience

  The house was not very clean upon arrival including blood on bed sheets, dirty sinks/showers/tub, dried pee on the baseboards ect. The beach cart listed as an amenity had a broken wheel that made it unable to be used. The brochure states that there would be unopened condiments in the fridge, and the fridge was completely empty. The lack of condiments was particularly frustrating because the welcome packet high lighted this as a great amenity so we did not bring any of those items on our very long drive and has to purchase all of those items. We were extremely frustrated with all of this but none of that was the worst part. The weather this week was 86 degrees and higher and the air conditioning was broken!!! This was a horrible experience. We had an 8 month old as well as an 82 year old and they cannot handle such heat. We complained to Melanie and someone didnt come out until the next day and thus we had to "sleep" in 80 degrees. It was unbearable and none of us could actually sleep. This really ruined iur vacation for us as we only had 4 days and 1 was completely ruined due to lack of sleep from the heat. Someone came out to "fix" it and it copled down a but and then our last day the air conditioning started blowing out heat! It was again unbearable again and worst than before. We never got a response from Melanie or the owner and had to suffer and sweat with the heat blowing in 87 degrees. We had a miserable time at this house.

  - We use a professional cleaning company, who personally and thoroughly inspects the property after the cleaning is completed to ensure its cleanliness. There was no mention of any cleaning deficiencies during your communications with them.
  - We checked the beach cart, and it was fully operational. Additionally, there is an extensive supply of spices, but we do not promise new condiments but do indicate that condiments will be available. We will ensure that is the case going forward.
  
  Once again, we apologize for the difficulties you faced during your stay, and we will continue to provide our guests with a 5-star guest experience.
