  We were excited when we found this listing but disappointed with the stay. Communication was lacking, you’re told you can email or call your guest contact, when we did we never received a response. When we checked in the place was not the cleanest. Blinds look like they haven’t been dusted in a year, lamps in bedroom were dirty, dishes all needed to be washed before using from being dirty and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, looked like there were mold where the floor and tub meet. They didn’t provide any paper towels and only half a roll of toilet paper. They expect you to clean up and run the dishes before leaving but don’t leave you any supplies so prepare to buy your own even though you pay over $100 for a cleaning service as part of your bill. There is also no way to make ice so you have to buy some of you want it. The TV in the second bedroom did not work and the pillows weren’t the greatest so bring your own. The outdoor shower is a hose with a shower head that we never figured out how to use. You’re told to knock on neighbors door for any issues cause you can blow a fuse with the ac units and a hair dryer running at once but the unit they tell you to go to is also a rental so they can’t help. This was not worth the money we spent however it was a great location to beach and boardwalk.

  -As is standard for vacation rentals, the homeowner provides a starter supply of toiletries and other essentials for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase their own additional supplies once that amount is out
  -We were unaware of any issues with the TV and will have our local team take a look to ensure it is working properly
  -We appreciate all of your suggestions on areas of improvement and have shared them with the homeowner for further consideration

• Family getaway

  My kids and I took a short getaway to OC to get some beach time, Boardwalk bike riding, and OC food! The place was a little home away from home. A great time was had by all!

• Nice cozy place!

  My kids and I had a fun time in OC relaxing on the beach, walking and riding bikes on the Boardwalk, playing mini golf, and eating too much food!! The condo was located in a central location so we could walk most places. I felt like the condo was in a little neighborhood with the shady trees and grass out front. It had everything we needed and was comfy for playing games and watching TV. Great stay!

• Not a pleasant stay

  I was so excited from the images and location to find this location for such a great deal but so disappointed! The communication with the owner was none basically, once booked, another company takes over so it’s communicating with so many ppl just to speak with the owner. The day of arrival the instructions given were not correct and we spent 1/2 he just trying to get into the rental! Once inside or was not clean at all. I ended purchasing cleaning supplies and draino for the clogged tub! I told this to the owner and other rental company they use and got an oh well sorry! I did not expect to spend the first day of vacation cleaning. So disappointed.

• Convenient location

  Overall, we had a great time! We had the basics of what we needed for 3 night stay (brought our towels and linens as instructed). It was not as clean as the last time we stayed (trash from previous renters in unit on arrival) but we could tell someone had been there to clean. This is a quiet location and great for a short walk to the beach/boardwalk. We love that we can easily come and go without having to always get in the car. A few upgrades or fixes would go a long way. Consider new mattresses for the beds, perhaps a fan in the bathroom to help with humidity control, and an adjustment to the storm door (it doesn’t want to close well) on the unit.
