Super clean and great location
5/5 A friend and I just wanted a quick off-season long beach weekend. The location was perfect, right off Rte 50 and on the beach! We have very high standards for cleanliness and was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. We did bring our own blankets though bc we weren't sure if the ones there ever get cleaned. We had to message the property manager a few times with random questions and she was super nice, quick to respond, and very helpful!
We ended up leaving a day early bc of a tropical storm and messaged the host just to let her know & she was very gracious and offered us a discount if we come back next year. I def recommended renting this place and hope to come back next year!

5/5 Condo was exactly as reported. Was very clean and well furnished.
View of the ocean was great.
Location was very close to all the activities we pursued.
One mile from our favorite restaurant Ropewalk.

4/5 The property is ideally located allowing for a perfect view of the ocean and beach. I realize we may have been the first to stay in the condo to start the season. It was quite apparent that whoever last cleaned the place did not do a good job. I have previously commented on the chairs on the balcony that they needed to be replaced and that changing the furniture to leather would be much more appropriate especially since animals do stay at the condo it makes it much easier to clean. We did notice that all of the carpets or throw rugs were extremely dirty and should be cleaned or replaced. This was the second time we stayed in this condo and unfortunately probably the last because even if it cost us more being in a cleaner environment would be worthwhile. It may sound if I am being harsh but if I had a beautiful place like this one I would certainly want it to be treated as such.
