  This has to be the most unwelcome feeling I’ve had staying here. I booked this house for the space for comfortability. I have 2 kids, my parents, and husband and I wanted to make sure we were all comfortable. The son in the basement was not a fan of that! He BANGED from the basement for us to keep the noise down NOT ONCE but TWICE. Was totally uncalled for and really unprofessional. If any noise would be a problem YOU should NOT BE RENTING YOUR HOUSE OUT TO FAMILIES. I PAID WAY TOO MUCH money to have to be tip toeing around the place! My stay was 5 nights if I could afford another place I would have definitely gone somewhere else! There was a screeching noise everytime I showered (during the whole shower) the garbage disposal was back up and had to wash and put dishes on the counter to dry. The toilet downstairs would run and would have to go in the tank ourselves to help the tank fill. The tub in the master bedroom has jets(jacuzzi) type tub and those were FLITHY!!! BOTTOM LINE was not comfortable it seems like the perfect house in the pictures and outside but so many things kept me and my family UNSATISFIED very disappointed and money wasted!!!!

  STAY AWAY! The homeowner's son lives in the basement and has access to the property. We had originally booked the house for 4 nights. We went out to eat and when we came back to the house, the son was UPSTAIRS in the shower. He had let himself and his dog into the home, without warning or permission. Our young daughter walked into the house to find a strange man, barely clothed, wandering the home. He disclosed that there is no shower in the basement, which leads us to believe that this is NOT the only time he has done this. There was police involvement, but there was nothing they could do, since he lives at the house and it was considered a civil matter. It was a complete violation of our privacy and ruined our entire trip. VRBO should not allow this property owner to market on the site.

  Host played with our dog and his at check-in and again while we attended a family wedding! What a great feeling — like we were staying with a friend. Cory gave me ideas for a morning hike in the nearby park which was gorgeous and walking distance from the house.

  The place was great, very spacious and clean. The property manager was vey nice and helpful. I will definitely use this location in the near future again.
