Good, Not Great, Rental for Short Stay in Baltimore
4/5 This rental met all requirements based on the number of beds/baths, dedicated parking, and convenient and safe location. While the space is large, it is clearly a rental property that has seen better days. Some flooring has been replaced; however, gaps in the new floor and old carpet painted to the baseboards show that it was a quick job. Almost all the walls and baseboards are scuffed or dinged. As with most rentals, there are only enough towels to last more than a day or two. To end on a positive, the host was very responsive!

Way more than I expected
5/5 Surprisingly it was a huge place. Took my mother to see her great grandson and the place was well prepared for everything. Loved the place and will book again for future visits.

Beautiful Property-Beautiful Neighborhood
5/5 This townhome was the perfect fit for what we needed while in town visiting for my aunt’s birthday party. The price was a bit on the high end compared to other areas however my aunt actually owns a home in the same community so the location was perfect

4/5 overall a nice stay. did not care for the layout of the townhouse. 3 levels... walk up stairs to get in the door, upon entry, walk up or down more stairs to access living area, walk up more stairs for bedroom.... too many stairs. lol washer and dryer good addition. dryer vent needs to be connected to vent out of the house the host was very friendly, accomodating, and easy to contact
