5/5 What a lovely home! It was much more than we expected, even the good pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen, living room, and especially sun porch have amazing water views, and we spent hours just watching the ducks, geese, and other wildlife with the constantly changing view of the sparkling Bohemia. The kitchen is better equipped than my own, and everything seems brand new. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms roomy, showers awesome. One of us enjoyed a kayak ride, and we had several nice meals in nearby Chesapeake City. The little neighborhood is cute and very walkable. Don't miss the Amish market, Zook's, on Glebe Rd. The owner of this rental was over the top helpful and communicative, and also this was the cleanest rental I've ever seen. My sisters and I are already planning our next stay here! We really loved it!

Wonderful place!
5/5 This house is really special! It is thoughtfully laid out and furnished. The hosts obviously care about your comfort…from extra towels to wonderful beds, to spices, condiments and coffee and paper goods, they have thought it out. The best part, of course, is the view of the river and the vineyard directly across. We spent a lot of time in the comfy recliners in the sunroom, watching the sunrise and the come and go of boats and wildlife. The hosts are also very available to deal with any questions or concern you may have. Ultimately, we can’t wait to go back!!
