4/5 House was clean, attractive, convenient --- once the host responded, ninety minutes after contact, and told us how to unlock the locked thermostat, set firmly at sixty-five degrees when the outdoor temp was thirty-nine.

3/5 The house was well taken care of on inside but the a/c was not working correctly. They did try to repair but were unable to while we were there. Also had issues with septic, when you flushed the toilets , it would back up into both showers leaving a stinking mess.
When we went to leave the trash containers were all full, we could hardly get our garbage into the barrels.
