CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. Upon arrival, please check in at the front office and obtain the gate card to use during the duration of your stay
- If arriving outside of office business hours, please check with the gate guard. If the gate guard is patrolling and not present, please call the posted number on the guard shack
- As soon as possible, please reach out to the Guest Contact to coordinate your arrival time and receive additional check-in instructions
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return the gate cards and keys to the front office
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Turn off all lights, electronics, AC, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- Passes are required to use the community pool; 6 passes will be provided in the unit upon arrival
- Guests are not permitted to bring boats; however, you may bring kayaks and use the community marina to access the water. Kayaks must be stored in front of the property when not in use
- To use the laundry facilities, you’ll need a prepaid laundry card, which will be provided in the unit. Bring the card to the office to load money onto it and return it to the unit after use. Please note that the office does not refund any unused balance, so the card may have credits left over from previous guests

- 1 vehicle can be parked in the driveway
- 1 additional vehicle can be parked in the grassy parking area in front of the unit
- Additional parking is also available in the community parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis
