4/5 Never spoke with property manager and didn't realize that I had to check in as I couldn't get to email. Went down to Worcester for major aortic surgery so wasn't really able to enjoy much. House was very nice.

5/5 Property as advertised! The communication prior to the stay with the property management co was harder than it needed to be, but the owners themselves were very helpful and responsive (the management co only handles things up to a point). FYI it was plenty cool, but it is not central AC. Great to have a washer and dryer on site! The area got a bit parked up and busy because some neighbors took a bunch of people out on their boat from the same dock on a Sunday we were there. It wasn't a big deal and we still had enough parking but it was a bit loud at times.
